[It was odd, really, to be in this situation. Terezi knew it was stupid, but then again, what wasn't nowadays in the Veil? Still. Walking to Karkat's room was probably one of the longest times she felt that the minutes stretched for hours, unsure of what she was even doing was the right thing. All she knew was that it hurt, and the more she thought about it, the more frustrated she got in trying to understand it. Emotions were stupid. This whole thing was stupid. She should honestly turn right back now and just forget it, this was so stupid.
All too soon, she found herself in the hallway by his room, cane hitting the side of the wall with ease. The troll girl was thankful, at least, that Karkat didn't have her sense of smell at this point. If he did, he might've noticed how underneath her usual poker face, she was shaking. It was slightly, not noticeable enough by sight, but still present to her.
Standing by the doorway, Terezi was silent. She didn't know what would happen next, and truthfully, a part of her was scared to even find out.]

Either way, he knew the talk had to be had, since he didn't really know where he stood with Terezi and still felt an overwhelming amount of Feelings for her sometimes. He didn't understand it quite well, but he knew he didn't like seeing her with the stupid fuck cluckbeast fake Dave orange flavored ghost thing.
He stood up straight (or as straight as he ever stood with his slouch) when he saw her arrive, clearing his throat.]
Terezi.

Still, the sound of him greeting her causes Terezi to pause. Usually, she'd grin back and call him a dumbass- but this is different. The mood here isn't normal, it's more sullen, more anxious. So as a result, she refrains from her taunts and just stares back at first. While her red eyes are blank, inside she's anything but. She has so many feelings for him, she doesn't even know where to start.
So the blind troll settles for a slight huff, amused.]
Hey. You came.

We should... [aimless, rough hand gesture] Fuck, I mean, if we stick around here some dumbass will come strolling and grossly misinterpret the mood and start asking us about timelines or some shit.
sfaghjkafsghjkafsgjh THIS IS SO LATE /CRY
[It's said more or less as the whole situation itself is awkward. While she may have flat out confronted him, upset and hurt at his actions, now she just feels out of it and stupid. Why the hell were emotions so important, augh.
But she doesn't argue or disagree with his gesture, and goes inside. Her hands rest on her cane and she waits for him to close the door before saying anything.]
So.
[Yup. Just leaving it at that. Way to go and make shit even more awkward, Terezi.]
